Nikon admit D750 Banding issue

So it seems that Nikon are holding their hands up to the issue that is most prevalent in the new D750. When photographing with Flare in the lens as many a portrait or wedding photographer does for that dreaming summers day feel to a photo a definite dark band appears at the top of the frame. It is a shame as this is quite a remarkable camera. I have been told however that a simple work around is to shoot with the camera upside down.
